WHAT TATTOO REQUESTS ARE YOU CURRENTLY ACCEPTING?

I am currently only looking to book appointments that allow artistic freedom in the design and decision making process. Black and Grey Realism, Animals, Skulls, Flowers, Portraits, Double Exposure and Morphs will take priority.

WILL I GET TO SEE THE DESIGN BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT DATE?

Unfortunately I cannot send designs prior to your appointment date. If there are any changes or modifications that need to be made to the design, we will coordinate and make them together the day of your appointment.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

I accept Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Payment must be received at the end of your tattoo session.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

I am located at Thousand Oaks Tattoos & Cosmetics, located at 122 E Main St. Springfield, OH 45502.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT YOU?

By sending an inquiry, you authorize us to review the information internally to respond and, if applicable, schedule or prepare for services.

Intellectual Property & Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not use our trademarks, brand elements, or artwork without prior written permission.
